This story is set in a public junior high school, which is rumored to be closed down because of the merging of area schools. The school is starting to fall apart… Teachers are so busy doing extra routine work because of personnel reduction and worrying about what to do with themselves after the school closes down, that they are not able to concentrate on teaching their classes. Students have also lost interest totally, and don’t pay attention in class.

Sugi (Yusuke Kamiji) takes charge of class 2-B. When he was first appointed as 2-B’s teacher, he was enthusiastic and passionate towards his job, but after several months in this school on the verge of collapse, he becomes as un-enthusiastic as the other teachers. Despite the circumstance, Kusaka (Yuto Nakajima) is the only student who doesn’t give up on the school.

One day, three mysterious boys, Takasugi (Ryosuke Yamada), Yoshida (Yuri Chinen) and Irie (Daiki Arioka), are transferred to class 2-B from another school. They put some backbone into Sugi, who acknowledges that he has lost his will to teach. Despising himself for what he has become, Sugi seriously thinks of resigning, however, Kusaka’s belief that the school can be changed makes Sugi have second thoughts. He starts trying to do something positive, in order to meet Kusaka’s expectations.

Will Sugi and his students be able to change their school which is full of lousy teachers?

故事讲述一所将与其它学校合并而面临倒闭的中学，因为人手被削减的关系，老师们要负担更多繁琐的杂务，再加上担心自己的将来，故对教学的工作完全无心投入。而学生们在这种情况下，更是无心学习。课堂就在这种没有活力与梦想的气氛下继续，这所学校变成了学校没有学校模样的状态。

2年B班的班主任，杉（上地雄辅饰）刚上任时满腔热情，虽然资历较浅，但对教学充满理想。可是在这所学校任教数月后，便被无情的现实吞噬，变成了得过且过的无能老师。一直对学校仍充满信心的学生久坂（中岛裕翔饰）与刚转校到2年B班的高杉（山田凉介饰）、吉田（知念侑李饰）、入江（有冈大贵饰）等人，决定为已失去斗志，没有魄力的杉打气，希望他能发奋图强，再次成为有理想的老师。对于不思进取的自己，已陷入自我嫌恶状态的杉，本来已决定辞去教师一职，可是为了久坂的一句有信心把学校改变的话决定留下来，一起努力解决学校所存在的种种问题。

到底凭4名学生及杉的力量能否把这所学校的情况改变呢?
