A quick glance at the title of this program may make you think that this is an ordinary quiz show with the host asking questions for the contestant to answer and ends with some sort of prize. Not exactly. This quiz show is by no means ordinary.

Every week a new contestant is invited to the show and asked to answer seven questions requiring the contestant to reveal past mistakes, lies or even crimes committed. Is the prize of ten million yen (100,000 USD) worth it? If the contestant chooses to honestly answer all seven questions by risking their hidden secrets being made public on television, the contestant can bet their prize money on a final question, which if answered correctly, will allow the granting of one wish.

Will the contestants choose to keep their secrets in their closets or will greed drive them to confess? Watch as the mysterious host of the show (Sho Sakurai) and the manipulative TV director (You Yokoyama) mercilessly hound the contestants until they reach a breaking point. Put yourself in that contestant’s seat and watch as each question pierces the very heart of the truth.

这部电视剧独特之处是它的背景设定，是一个直播的游戏节目。游戏的规则是参加者答对7道问题，就可以获得1000万日元奖金。参加者可以利用这1000万去挑战终极的「梦幻机会」，如果成功地答对问题，参加者的其中一个梦想就可以实现。

每一集都有一个为了实现自己的梦想而来参加的人，他们被节目主持人（樱井翔饰）和操纵他的节目制片人（横山裕饰）问到一些不为人所知的秘密。他们的过去、说过的谎话、甚至是犯过的罪，也会被主持人翻出来。如果参加者不诚实地将自己的过去在现场直播的节目中说出来，他们就无法通过节目达成自己的梦想。在主持人毫不留情的质问下，每位参加者都在「实现梦想」与「是否公开秘密」之间挣扎。
