A town in western Japan is decorating in a unique way for an upcoming holiday.

Carp streamers billowing in the wind are a common sight on Children’s Day, coming up in Japan on May 5th.

A diving company decided to fly them underwater to promote a local dive spot.

18 of the streamers are anchored to a rope 10 meters underwater.

The carp are reportedly swimming gracefully in the current.
