Security dogs are considered to be "equipment," and they must become shields for humans.
Starring Hayato Ichihara (Rookies) and Erika Toda (Death Note), producer of "DEATH NOTE" series and "GANTZ" presents another large-scale entertainment!

Story :
In the Metropolitan Police Department, there is an outstanding police officer born with a keen nose for crime and a strong sense of justice. His name: Yusaku Hayakawa (Hayato Ichihara). Strongly motivated to investigate crime and aspiring to become a police detective, Yusaku has arrested many criminals and has also received commendation for his achievements.

Although he expects to finally be promoted to the Detective Unit, he is officially appointed to: the Metropolitan Police Department, 2nd Security Division, Equipment Unit 4.

Having never heard of the unit, Yusaku is puzzled. When he arrives at this new work place in the outskirts of Tokyo, he cannot believe what he sees. It was the Security Dog Training Center, where the best dog handlers and 13 security dogs worked.

This transfer comes as a complete surprise to Yusaku and he cannot accept it. As he copes with his unfamiliar new job, longing to investigate crime, he gradually begins to lose interest in work. But one day, he saves a certain dog's life.

The dog is Shiro, who is handicapped. Like Yusaku, whose father had also been a cop, Shiro is descended from excellent police dog stock. But because he is an albino, he is prevented from becoming a security dog. Yusaku sees a little bit of himself in Shiro and resolves to train him as a security dog.

Gradually, a fellowship and bond that transcend words are born between the two. But Yusaku is faced with a hard reality. Security dogs are considered to be "equipment," and they must become shields for humans when necessary. If a heinous criminal threatens another person's life, would he be able to order Shiro to act as a shield? Yusaku has a difficult time making up his mind.

Then one day, a serial bombing case that shakes up the MPD occurs!

The everlasting legend of a young handler and a security dog is about to begin!
