Blessed with a handsome face, Otaro rises to the top of his game and becomes the most sought-after host at the club. Epitomizing the old cliché, "No money, no honey," he is the ultimate player who is quick to move on to the next woman as soon as the cash stops flowing.

Due to an unfortunate incident twelve years ago, Otaro's family fell apart and everyone went their own separate ways. He was forced to drop out of high school, leave home, and support himself by working at a host club. As he likes to say, "Stupid women jump all over the 'fake' love I offer, and in exchange I get their 'real' money."

One day, Otaro meets the daughter of a CEO whose personal net worth is reported to be around 100 million US dollars. He is convinced that this scion to the Namiki Group of Hotels is the perfect girl for him. "She's my next target," he schemes.

That's when another woman appears. Her face is pale and bluish, but her lips are bright red. Her gift to Otaro--the "Kiss that Kills." Just one kiss from her, and he is immediately stricken with breathing difficulties, full-body seizures, and heart palpitations--until finally, he dies.
