Flow of people down 50 to 70 percent in Tokyo from pre-pandemic

Japan's government says the flow up people is down 50 to 70 percent in areas like Tokyo where the state of emergency was declared. The Abe administration is calling for a decrease in human to human interaction of 80 percent in attempt to curb to spread of the new coronavirus pandemic.
