Nippon TV has complained about the use of clips from Nippon TV's works in the UK version of the television programme "Japandemonium" produced by Zig Zag Productions Limited and broadcast by ITV. All parties are happy to say that a confidential settlement agreement has been reached whereby ITV and Zig Zag have agreed to not in the future use Nippon TV's works in "Japandemonium" and that should they make any licensable use of any of Nippon TV's copyright works it will be subject to a licence agreement being in place.
