Exactly two years and 11 months since the Fukushima nuclear disaster, victims now have a free number to call with questions.

An association of judicial aides provided the hotline to make it easier for victims to make claims and deal with other problems.

With the disaster’s third anniversary approaching on March 11th, roughly 140,000 people remain unable to return to their homes in Fukushima.

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant suffered a triple meltdown after a tsunami overwhelmed the plant’s backup generators in 2011.
