Gourmet canned food aiding Tohoku recovery

Three famous chefs are teaming to aid recovery efforts in eastern Japan with a new line of gourmet canned goods.

Featuring locally-caught shark fin and mackerel, cooking and canning is being done in factories in the affected area to boost slow-moving economies.

Both practical and delicious, these palate pleasers can be added to emergency food supply stocks.

Shoppers offering their support are stocking up at a special fair in central Tokyo.
