Saitama Prefectural Police attempted to conduct a search of the home of a man in his 50s on suspicion of murder on the morning of April 22. 

According to the police, the investigators were about to search the home when the man suddenly got into his car and rammed into them.

Some of the investigators sustained minor injuries, including bruises. 

The vehicle the man was driving was a white Toyota Mirai. 

The suspect is approximately 175 centimeters tall, has short hair, and was wearing glasses and a dark-colored windbreaker when last seen.

The suspect remains at large, and according to investigators he is believed to be associated with a criminal organization.

The local Kanagawa Prefectural Police have also deployed emergency forces and are searching for him on suspicion of obstructing official duties.
