Children from around the world gathered in Tokyo on March 22 to discuss the themes of peace and creating new jobs that cannot be carried out by artificial intelligence.

This is the sixth time for the Children’s Conference of the Future in Support of the United Nations to take place.

Participants broke up into groups to hold discussions, exchange opinions and compile their ideas into presentations.

S/ Participant (12) / There are many of us living in Japan, so I think hearing different views and perspectives will change how we see things.

S/ Participant (9) / I really enjoyed here because there are a lot of new people and I can have new friends.

Members will be selected from among the participants to visit the United Nations Headquarters in New York to present the ideas developed during this event.
