Police arrested the Pakistani man driving the van that is suspected to have been an unlicensed taxi.

The man allegedly signed a contract to receive fares for driving foreign tourists between Tokyo’s Asakusa and the fifth station of Mount Fuji.

He has reportedly admitted to charges.
